HotelsCombined utser Leksand Strand Camping och Resort till en av de bästa logianläggningarna i Sverige.

Hotelljämföreslesajten, HotelsCombined, har utfört en omfattande undersökning som täcker olika typer av logianläggningar i Sverige. Undersökningen baseras på datainsamling av miljontals recensioner som sedan översätts till en officiell utmärkelse, en sk. Recognition of Excellence. HotelsCombineds erkännande är ingen rankinglista utan en grupp av anläggningar som valts ut baserat på några noga utvalda kriterier. För att en logianläggning ska bli utsedd måste följande kriterier uppfyllas:

  • Vid bedömningen måste anläggningen ha en gradering på minst 8 av 10 baserat på minst 50 gästrecensioner certifierade av HotelsCombined

  • Det får varken finnas några större kundserviceproblem eller några återkommande eller olösta frågor

Dessutom tar HotelsCombined stor hänsyn till hur personalen svarade kommunikationsteamet vilket visar på hur stort engagemang man har för att ge snabb och bra service.

Leksand Strand Camping och Resort kan nu stoltsera med en hög gradering gentemot gäster och experter inom reseindustrin, med över 338 recensioner och ett imponerande resultat på 8,2 av 10.

  • We couldn’t detect any major customer service problems, nor recurring or unresolved issues.
